IT Implementation Specialist – Teamcenter

About the role

Leonardo UK is seeking an IT Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and configuration of Siemens Teamcenter on Microsoft Azure as part of its digital engineering transformation. The role works closely with Siemens engineers and internal technical teams to deliver, troubleshoot and evolve the enterprise PLM ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Support upgrade and configuration of Siemens Teamcenter across development, test and production environments hosted in Azure.
• Collaborate with Siemens via screen‑sharing sessions to debug and validate configuration deployments.
• Execute and monitor Windows services and command‑line operations for Teamcenter deployment and maintenance.
• Integrate Teamcenter with Creo (IPEM), Siemens EDA, Component Information system, SAP S/4HANA and Siemens Opscenter to ensure data consistency across PLM, MES and ERP.
• Liaise with external partners during upgrades and enhancements.
• Provide technical input for test planning and environment readiness.
• Document deployment processes and drive continuous improvement of implementation practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Siemens toolset, especially Teamcenter, Opscenter and Polarion.
• Strong understanding of software deployment lifecycle and configuration management.
• Experience integrating PLM with engineering, MES and ERP systems.
• Hands‑on experience deploying PLM solutions in Azure cloud environments.
• Ability to work remotely with screen‑sharing and collaborative troubleshooting.
