IT Integrations Developer – Transact

About the role

You will work as a hands‑on developer building and supporting modern applications and integrations across internal systems and external SaaS platforms. The role involves collaborating with Development, Engineering and Project teams to create secure, scalable integration solutions using PHP and Azure PaaS services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain intranet applications using PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony or Yii2.
• Design, implement and document secure API integrations (REST, GraphQL) and data flows.
• Contribute to integration design decisions – direct, API‑based or event‑driven – based on business needs.
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain systems to ensure performance, reliability and security.
• Build cloud‑based solutions with Azure PaaS services (App Services, Azure Functions).
• Support CI/CD pipelines, versioning, configuration and environment management in Azure.
• Apply Secure‑by‑Design principles and produce clear technical documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud application design, Azure PaaS and serverless approaches.
• Proven experience with PHP (v8+) and object‑oriented programming.
• Experience with at least one PHP framework (Laravel, Symfony or Yii2).
• Comfortable working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Linux administration and version control (Git).
