IT Operations & Security Administrator

About the role

Frontier is looking for an IT Operations & Security Administrator to join the Frontier Technology Team on a permanent basis. The role is based at the head office in Witham St Hughs and works on a hybrid schedule of three days on‑site and two days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, roles and permissions across multiple systems, including provisioning, auditing, de‑provisioning and role assignments.
• Create secure accounts for data sharing and manage third‑party access.
• Monitor and report on access levels to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of access levels and support daily IT operational activities.
• Provide operational support and collaborate with various teams to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in operational or administration duties.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Understanding of digital access principles such as identity, authentication and authorisation.
• Knowledge of Role‑Based Access Control and Segregation of Duties.
• Strong problem‑solving, interpersonal and initiative‑taking abilities.
• Effective team player who takes responsibility and supports colleagues.
