IT Platforms Manager – M365, SharePoint & Purview

About the role

Informed Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Platforms Manager to lead the operation, improvement, and upgrade of a digital estate of Microsoft 365 applications for a modern social enterprise undergoing digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end application estate and integration landscape.
• Act as product owner, defining roadmap, continuous improvement and upgrade plans.
• Project‑manage implementations, upgrades and service improvements.
• Engage stakeholders, produce reports and manage third‑party suppliers.
• Maintain a super‑user network, ensure data integrity, security and produce documentation and training.

Required profile

• Proven experience in roles such as Business Systems Manager, Platform Manager, or Modern Workplace Lead.
• Strong background in SaaS and hybrid application lifecycle management.
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Purview.
• Project management and team‑lead experience, including mentoring and performance management.
• Effective supplier management capabilities.
