IT Project Manager – ERP & CRM Projects

About the role

Our client, a market‑leading provider of IT Project Management Services, is seeking an IT Project Manager on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid, requiring attendance at the London office three days a week, with flexibility to adapt to varying on‑site demands across regional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ERP, CRM and enterprise software projects end‑to‑end.
• Deliver enterprise infrastructure implementations end‑to‑end.
• Define scope, plans and milestones across multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead implementation, configuration, customisation and integrations.
• Oversee data migration, cut‑over and validation activities.
• Manage vendors, suppliers and technical teams.
• Run governance, RAID management and progress reporting.
• Support business change and user adoption.
• Track budgets and control costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex software solutions.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
• Experience delivering CRM, ERP and enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or ServiceNow.
• Full software delivery lifecycle experience: requirements, build, test, migration and go‑live.
• Proven ability to manage data migration and system integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience managing software budgets and commercial approvals.
• Proficiency with project tools such as Jira, MS Project Online or Azure DevOps.
