IT Service Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to build and lead a new secure IT service delivery function. The role is based in Bristol and will operate predominantly onsite within a high‑security, defence‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop a dedicated IT service delivery team.
• Define and enforce service standards and improve ITIL‑aligned processes.
• Manage incident, request, change, escalation and service transition activities.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and produce KPI reports.
• Drive continual service improvement and support secure internal working environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager or similar senior role.
• Track record of building and managing IT teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technical and security groups.
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain high‑level UK government security clearance.
• Willingness to work predominantly onsite in Bristol.

Required skills

• ITIL Foundation qualification.
