IT Service Desk Technician – Maidenhead

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Managed Services Provider in Maidenhead as an IT Service Desk Technician. You will provide first‑line support to end users across the UK, working fully onsite in a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 1st line support requests, log calls accurately and escalate when required.
• Collaborate with the Service Desk team to share knowledge and improve processes.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Support career progression opportunities towards a 3rd line role.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an MSP support desk or a customer‑facing IT role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 desktop operating systems.
• Experience administering Office 365 services such as SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Good networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Intune and Entra ID.
• Ability to analyse logs, tickets and reports to resolve issues.
• Full UK driver’s licence (essential).
