IT Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Service Manager to join our growing Group IT Business Systems team. Based at our Goring-by-Sea site and supporting Littlehampton, you will lead the day‑to‑day delivery and continuous improvement of IT services across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee incident management and ensure timely resolution for end‑users.
• Coordinate with external IT providers and managed service partners.
• Drive service improvement initiatives and monitor performance against SLAs.
• Support cybersecurity, resilience and disaster‑recovery activities.
• Maintain a high‑quality user experience across multiple locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery or senior IT support roles.
• Strong background in Microsoft 365 and end‑user support.
• Good knowledge of ITIL principles and experience with ITSM tools.
• Experience working with managed service providers (MSPs).
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
