IT Service Sales Executive

About the role

Infotel UK is looking for an energetic IT Service Sales Executive to join its growing sales team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting tailored IT solutions and driving revenue growth across the UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying upsell opportunities.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments and propose customized IT service solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to position Infotel’s services effectively.
• Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee successful delivery and implementation of services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role within the IT services sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
