IT Solutions Consultant

About the role

Trident is looking for a highly motivated, customer‑focused IT Solutions Consultant to join its technical team. The role combines hands‑on technical work with consultancy, delivering reliable IT services to a range of clients across the South East.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end technical support and resolve client issues in line with SLA/KPI targets.
• Travel to client sites to deliver project work, escalated support and on‑site services.
• Install, configure and upgrade hardware and software, including servers, PCs, networking equipment and cloud‑based systems.
• Document incidents, service requests and resolutions accurately.
• Conduct on‑site audits, surveys and assessments of infrastructure and network environments.
• Work independently and collaboratively to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Deliver clear end‑user training on new and existing systems.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with strong consultancy skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
