IT Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As an IT Supervisor at The Cadogan, you will ensure the seamless operation of the hotel’s advanced technology infrastructure, providing vital support to staff and maintaining secure systems in a prestigious luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to hotel employees, resolving hardware, software, network and system issues promptly.
• Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, printers, telephony systems, Wi‑Fi networks and audiovisual equipment.
• Ensure efficient and secure operation of business‑critical applications such as PMS, POS, finance and HR systems.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures to meet company policies and data‑protection requirements.
• Liaise with external vendors for maintenance, repairs, upgrades and support activities.
• Support hotel events and meetings by ensuring audiovisual and technical equipment is operational.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management, preferably within hospitality or a luxury environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in hardware, software and network support, including Wi‑Fi.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT issues efficiently.
• Experience with cybersecurity practices and compliance.
