IT Supplier Manager – Part‑time (4 days/week)

About the role

A renowned non‑profit organisation in Leeds is seeking a driven Contract Manager to strategically manage the lifecycle of its IT contracts on a part‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end IT contract lifecycle, including renewals, variations and terminations.
• Serve as the primary interface between the organisation and ICT suppliers, overseeing relationships and performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT and Legal to provide contractual and commercial advice.
• Lead supplier review meetings and proactively address any issues that arise.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT/ICT contracts in public sector, non‑profit or highly regulated environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong supplier relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Experience monitoring supplier performance against contractual obligations.
