IT Support Analyst – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Join a well‑established UK organisation undergoing a major digital transformation. As an IT Support Analyst you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to users across the head office and remote locations, working in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st‑ and 2nd‑line technical support to both technical and non‑technical users.
• Log, manage and resolve support tickets in accordance with service level agreements.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and third‑party suppliers to maintain service quality.
• Support Windows 11, Office 365/Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra, Exchange and related applications.
• Configure printers, troubleshoot basic network issues (switches, Wi‑Fi, Meraki) and use remote support tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in an IT Service Desk or Support environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to attend the Winchester office 2‑3 days per week.

What we offer

• 12‑month fixed‑term contract with a salary of £28,000‑£33,000 per year.
