IT Support Analyst – 1st Line Support in Islington

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our client’s team in Islington. You will provide first‑line technical assistance across the business, supporting a diverse user base and contributing to a range of IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers and IP/landline phones.
• Configure and deploy new devices, email accounts and user permissions in line with HR processes.
• Maintain IT asset logs, software licences and procurement records.
• Deliver IT security training and monitor for security incidents, responding as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Support the physical network infrastructure, including cabling, switches and hubs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IT support or help‑desk role.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities, able to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of working autonomously as well as within a multicultural team.
