IT Support Analyst – 1st/2nd Line (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Analyst to join our growing internal IT team in Wokingham. The role offers a hybrid working model and focuses on delivering first‑ and second‑line support across the business, ensuring a smooth and efficient IT experience for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows 10/11 devices.
• Manage device enrollment, configuration, and compliance through Microsoft Intune.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including email, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Maintain and administer Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Group Policy.
• Handle Mobile Device Management (MDM) tasks and ensure device security.
• Prioritise and track support tickets to meet service level agreements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Group Policy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
