IT Support Analyst

About the role

The Beauty Tech Group is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join its Technology team. You will be the first point of contact for internal IT support, ensuring that hardware, software, and services run smoothly for a global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for IT support tickets, managing them from creation to resolution.
• Provide hardware, software, and OS support for Windows and macOS environments.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including account creation, permission changes, and licence management.
• Administer user accounts in Microsoft 365 (Entra ID) and Google Workspace.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licences, and software.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues such as Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, and general networking queries.
• Enforce device compliance and security best practices, including MFA and device encryption.
• Escalate complex issues to specialised technology teams and contribute to internal documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Helpdesk role.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows and macOS in a business setting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, or Google Workspace administration.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, organised, and customer‑focused attitude.
