IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join our large technology team in south‑west London. The role is primarily office‑based with the flexibility to work from home one day per week. You will be the first point of contact for internal IT queries, providing friendly and effective support.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, triage and resolve support tickets submitted to the IT Service Desk.
• Provide first‑line and some second‑line support for system, software and hardware issues.
• Work directly with users to diagnose and fix technical problems.
• Escalate more complex incidents to second‑ and third‑line engineers as required.
• Collaborate with teams using Azure, Office 365, Exchange and Windows Server to ensure smooth operation of services.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused demeanor.
• Experience working with Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Entra.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Team player who can collaborate with colleagues across multiple IT disciplines.
