IT Support Analyst

About the role

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will deliver first‑ and second‑line support for a fast‑growing company. The role covers both on‑premise and cloud environments, ensuring a secure and high‑performing IT landscape for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line technical support onsite and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, Microsoft 365, networking and infrastructure issues.
• Log and manage incidents and service requests via the IT Service Desk.
• Administer user accounts, permissions and security groups in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices and related hardware.
• Assist with Windows Server administration – AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN connectivity.
• Collaborate with third‑party suppliers and internal stakeholders on IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.

Required profile

• Experience delivering first‑ and second‑line support in a mixed on‑premise/cloud environment.
• Strong diagnostic skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with internal and external partners.
• Good communication skills for interacting with users at all levels.
