IT Support Analyst – Sports Analytics & Betting Technology

About the role

Join a leading sports analytics and betting consultancy as an IT Support Analyst, providing first‑line technical assistance to a highly technical user base. Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests via phone, email, chat, self‑service portal, and face‑to‑face.
• Support employee onboarding, off‑boarding, and internal moves, ensuring seamless hardware and software provisioning.
• Maintain hardware inventory, manage asset lifecycles, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Perform scheduled operational tasks, routine system administration, and workstation deployments.
• Log, prioritize, and resolve tickets in line with agreed service levels; escalate when necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within an ITIL‑aligned environment and participate in a flexible shift rota.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or End‑User Computing role.
• Strong customer focus and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak sporting periods.

Required skills

• Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Office suite, etc.)
• ITIL framework knowledge
