IT Support Assistant – First & Second Line

About the role

Join a leading global entertainment corporation as an IT Support Assistant within the European Technology team. Based at the London headquarters, you will deliver first‑ and second‑line support to colleagues across multiple international offices, ensuring they have reliable technology to perform their jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first and second‑line IT support to end users across the organisation.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Configure laptops, mobile devices and other end‑user hardware.
• Administer user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.
• Support networking problems including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
• Maintain printers, meeting‑room technology and other office IT equipment.
• Manage incidents and service requests through to resolution.
• Participate in an out‑of‑hours support rota.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IT Service Desk or Desktop Support role.
• Strong customer‑service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
