About the role
Our client in Worthing is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to join on a 12‑month rolling contract. The role focuses on first‑line support, ensuring users can access and use their IT resources efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line assistance for hardware, software and network issues.
- Manage Active Directory tasks including password resets and new user provisioning.
- Perform Windows imaging, deployment and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware break/fix problems.
- Support basic network and server infrastructure.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills to interact with end‑users and IT teams.
- Ability to work under pressure in an urgent, fast‑paced environment.
