About the role

Join a global leader in projection and display technology as an IT Support Engineer. You will split your time between day‑to‑day user support and project work, helping to modernise the company's tech stack while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd line support for end users (approximately 70% of time).
Escalate complex issues to the Senior Engineer when required.
Deliver project work such as migrations and cyber‑security initiatives (approximately 30% of time).
Perform Microsoft 365 administration tasks.

Required profile

Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line support role or similar.
Familiarity with Azure AD and Entra ID.
Experience with Microsoft 365 services.
Ability to commute to Hemel Hempstead.
