IT Support Engineer – Education Sector (Swindon)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer with experience in Microsoft Intune to join a forward‑thinking company that specialises in IT services for schools. The role is mobile, covering a regional patch of around ten schools, and offers a supportive environment with regular training and clear progression pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line IT support to approximately ten schools within the assigned area.
• Perform basic server administration tasks and routine maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair hardware issues on site.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and interventions.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to develop skills in more complex IT projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IT support or similar role.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to pass a DBS check.
• Willingness to travel door‑to‑door and work flexible hours within a Monday‑Friday schedule.
