About the role
ElevenLabs is seeking a Tech Support Engineer to join its London office. The position is hybrid, with four days on‑site and one day remote, and focuses on keeping the company’s hardware and meeting‑room technology running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the device lifecycle, including laptop procurement, configuration, returns, and secure data wiping.
- Provide on‑site IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot AV equipment in meeting rooms to ensure reliable presentations and video calls.
- Assist end‑users with day‑to‑day technical queries and incident resolution.
