About the role
Lendable is seeking an IT Support Engineer to develop and automate its in‑house IT systems while providing day‑to‑day support for a fast‑growing, 24/7 office environment. You will be the first point of contact for over 600 staff across multiple locations, helping them stay productive with reliable technology.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support for Windows and macOS devices, ensuring they remain up‑to‑date and compliant.
- Manage ticketing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and disposal of technical equipment.
- Onboard new joiners across geographic locations, addressing their technical needs.
- Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment such as video‑conferencing tools, network hardware, and other IT peripherals.
- Develop and deploy automation scripts to improve system efficiency.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 + years experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Comfortable working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with 24/7 coverage.
- Curious and proactive attitude toward innovation and automation.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
