IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are partnering with a growing IT and telecom consultancy to find an IT Support Engineer who will deliver both remote and onsite assistance to a diverse client base. You will play a key part in maintaining network and infrastructure environments while providing first‑ and second‑line support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to customers.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and connectivity issues.
• Configure and deploy PCs, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts and related services.
• Assist with firewall administration and overall network security.
• Monitor customer systems and proactively resolve incidents.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
