IT Support Technician – Hybrid (Ringwood)

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for customers, taking calls and resolving their IT issues. Working in a hybrid model, you will use remote support tools to diagnose and fix problems while keeping customers informed throughout each incident.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound support calls and log incidents.
• Diagnose and resolve IT problems using remote support tools.
• Communicate status updates to customers during the incident lifecycle.
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.

Required profile

• Strong enthusiasm for IT and a desire to start a career in support.
• Willingness to develop troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to pass a clear standard DBS check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with remote support tools.
