IT Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join the UK division of a fast‑growing live‑entertainment platform. Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, you will provide first‑line support to users at our Central London head office and across the UK, ensuring high standards of service, security and system availability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support for users both in person and via ticketing channels.
• Configure, patch and upgrade hardware, including Windows and macOS devices.
• Maintain audio‑visual, conference‑room equipment and printers.
• Monitor and manage local networking equipment such as access points and firewalls.
• Oversee backup infrastructure for laptops and cloud backup locations.
• Produce timely reports for senior management on task progress.
• Administer core systems, manage equipment inventories and handle joiner‑mover‑leaver processes.
• Assist with change projects including data migrations and platform updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a comparable IT support environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize conflicting workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with non‑technical users and senior management.
• Commitment to continuous training and documentation.

Required skills

• Administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with endpoint management and anti‑virus solutions.
• Support for Windows and macOS devices.
• Familiarity with cloud‑native tools such as Box.com, Airtable, Zoom (including Zoom Phone), Slack and Salesforce.
• Exposure to Google Workspace and basic networking equipment.
