IT Support Technician – Letchworth Garden City

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our friendly team in Letchworth Garden City. You will provide both remote and on‑site assistance, helping a diverse range of customers solve technical issues while gaining exposure to a wide variety of technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support via telephone, email and remote‑access tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems.
• Log, manage and update support tickets accurately.
• Provide on‑site maintenance and support when required.
• Monitor customer systems and proactively identify potential issues.
• Maintain clear documentation of all support activities.
• Communicate updates and manage expectations with customers.
• Assist the wider technical team with projects and business requirements.
