IT Support Trainee

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Trainee to join our team on a home‑based basis. This entry‑level position is ideal for anyone eager to start a career in IT support and develop practical technical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end‑users.
• Install and configure computer systems, applications and peripherals.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support and resolve support tickets.
• Maintain and update IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Monitor system performance, security alerts and apply necessary patches.
• Implement backup and recovery procedures.
• Conduct routine maintenance and assist with network troubleshooting and administration.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Required profile
