IT Systems Administrator – Senior Technical Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our London office as a senior technical specialist. Reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure & Security, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving our technology landscape while supporting day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the senior escalation point for the IT team, handling complex incidents and root‑cause analysis.
• Design, implement and deploy technology solutions that enable business growth.
• Maintain, support and continuously improve existing IT systems and infrastructure.
• Mentor and support junior members of the IT team.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver projects and technology initiatives.
• Create and maintain high‑quality technical documentation and processes.
• Research, evaluate and introduce new technologies and best practices.
• Manage relationships with third‑party vendors to ensure reliable, secure solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft‑centric environments.
• Strong background in infrastructure, security and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high technical standards.
• Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
