IT Systems Manager – Manufacturing (Aerospace)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Systems Manager to support a small aerospace manufacturing company in Harlow. The role is office‑based, Monday to Friday, and will involve implementing a new ERP system while providing day‑to‑day IT support across the engineering office. You will work on streamlining existing systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and receiving training on aerospace‑specific processes.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure the new ERP system, including full training for staff.
• Provide first‑line hardware and software support, troubleshooting and resolving issues for all users.
• Assist with product quotation processes and streamline existing IT workflows.
• Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure and ensure reliable connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access controls.

Required profile

• Experience in IT support within engineering, manufacturing or construction environments.
• Background working with ERP systems and a proven ability to resolve office‑based IT issues.
• Able to commute to Harlow on a regular basis.
• Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team.
