IT Systems Support & Validation Specialist

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading pharmaceutical organization in a regulated environment. You will support and validate both GxP and non‑GxP systems, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage external IT support providers to resolve hardware, software, and access issues.
• Provide second‑line support for system testing, troubleshooting, improvements, and technical problem resolution.
• Assist with system development, configuration, upgrades, and change‑control management.
• Execute validation activities, including test script execution, documentation maintenance, and adherence to GAMP 5 principles.
• Ensure systems operate in line with internal procedures, regulatory expectations, and data‑integrity standards.

Required profile

• Degree or higher in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Quality Assurance, or Quality Management.
• Proven experience supporting or administering enterprise or SaaS platforms (e.g., CRM, QMS, ERP) with a strong understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Familiarity with GxP principles, data‑integrity concepts (ALCOA+), and validation lifecycle activities (IQ, OQ, PQ, UAT).
