About the role

You will be part of a 4‑on‑4‑off shift (6 am‑6 pm) ensuring the smooth operation of critical technology that powers the facility. Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage IT services to guarantee uninterrupted production.
• Provide hands‑on support for hardware, servers, and specialised production line technologies.
• Install system updates and new tools, ensuring compatibility across departments.
• Deliver strategic out‑of‑hours support to pre‑empt and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Solid IT foundation with hands‑on experience in networking, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Previous commercial experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and strategic thinking.
