IT Trainer (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time IT Trainer to lead all IT training across five offices of a well‑established law firm. You will be the go‑to person for creating and delivering training in various formats and managing learning content in the LMS.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT training for staff across all five offices, including new‑staff inductions.
• Deliver 1‑2‑1 and group training sessions both in‑person and remotely.
• Develop and maintain learning materials in the LMS (documentation, video guides, quizzes, surveys).
• Organise external training venues or courses and conduct regular floor‑walking visits between branches.

Required profile

• People‑person with strong communication skills.
• Confident, articulate and able to adapt training style to varying IT knowledge levels.
• Self‑motivated, capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Microsoft Teams, including Teams Telephony.
• Familiarity with Digital Dictation and Case Management Systems (desirable).
• Knowledge of general applications such as Adobe, web browsers and Snipping Tool.
• Ability to create and administer content in a Learning Management System.
