Italian speaking Channel Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Italian‑speaking Channel Sales Manager to build and grow our reseller network across Italy. Working remotely from the UK, you will drive the channel strategy and deliver sustainable sales growth for a well‑established global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and recruit new channel partners, managing the full onboarding process.
• Deliver training, ongoing support and coaching to ensure partners meet sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of partner activity, forecasts and pipeline coverage.
• Analyse performance metrics and partner feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to provide a consistent partner experience.
• Participate in trade shows and maintain market intelligence to shape commercial priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken.
• Proven outbound B2B sales or channel development experience with a hunter mentality.
• Results‑driven, analytical and able to work autonomously.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to travel within Italy as needed.
