Italian speaking Credit Controller

About the role

We are seeking an Italian‑speaking Credit Controller to join the finance team of a global organisation. The role is based in Cambridge with a hybrid working pattern – one day per week in the office and the remaining days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Contact overdue Italian business customers to arrange payment.
• Review credit status and recommend credit blocks where necessary.
• Post and allocate cash receipts, distribute statements and dunning letters.
• Resolve account queries, disputes and support audit requests.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar ERP system) experience.
• Familiarity with electronic invoicing processes.
