Italian-Speaking Group Series Coordinator

About the role

French Selection UK is seeking an Italian‑speaking Group Series Coordinator to manage tailor‑made group tours across Great Britain and Ireland. Based in Edinburgh, the role combines itinerary planning, client liaison and supplier coordination to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create and prepare itineraries, quotations and costings for Italian group tours.
• Manage bookings from confirmation through to completion, handling amendments, cancellations and travel documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure tours run smoothly and on schedule.
• Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers while maintaining quality and budget controls.
• Process invoices and support payment administration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian (essential).
• Previous experience in travel, tour operations or a Destination Management Company (preferred).
• Good knowledge of Scotland and the wider UK as travel destinations.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, dynamic and able to multitask.
• Team‑player who can also take initiative.

Required skills

• Fluency in Italian.

What we offer

• Hybrid working arrangement after the probation period.
• Competitive salary between £28,000 and £33,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
