Italian‑Speaking Sales Development Representative (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a confident communicator who is fluent in Italian to join Clarify as a Sales Development Representative. In this hybrid role you will help expand our presence in the Italian market by generating new business opportunities for our enterprise‑tech clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new companies in Italy through cold calling, email outreach and social media.
• Work closely with Account Managers to shape outreach strategy and hand over qualified leads.
• Gather deep insights into client objectives and target markets to tailor the sales approach.
• Support customers in achieving their sales and growth targets.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in spoken and written Italian.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
• Organised, commercially aware and comfortable using technology.
• Self‑motivated with a strategic mindset.

Required skills

• Fluency in Italian (native).
