IVA Advisor – Debt Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IVA Advisor to join a respected insolvency practice. You will work with warm, qualified enquiries, helping individuals in financial difficulty to understand and choose the right debt solution.

Key responsibilities

• Speak with customers who have enquired about debt solutions and conduct detailed fact‑finds.
• Assess each client’s financial situation and recommend the most appropriate Individual Voluntary Arrangement.
• Explain the benefits, responsibilities and process of an IVA clearly and confidently.
• Guide clients through every stage of the application, building trust and rapport.
• Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline within the CRM system.
• Consistently meet quality, compliance and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an IVA Advisor or Debt Advisor.
• Proven track record of achieving conversion and performance targets.
• Resilient, commercially driven and passionate about helping clients improve their finances.
• Professional, empathetic telephone manner with strong objection‑handling abilities.

Required skills

• CRM usage and data management.
