Japanese Speaking Accounts / Administration Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Japanese‑English speaker to join our finance and administration team in London. The role combines accounts payable, cash‑flow support and general office duties, providing vital support to the finance department.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, expense claims and manage accounts payable.
• Assist with treasury activities, cash‑flow monitoring and foreign‑exchange reporting.
• Handle receivables, track payments and maintain sales/purchase records.
• Support month‑end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Provide general administrative assistance across the office as required.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Japanese and English.
• Previous experience in general office administration; accounting or finance experience is a plus.
• Reliable, collaborative and willing to support colleagues.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to quickly learn new computer systems.
• Experience with Sage 200 accounting software is advantageous.
