Jira Administrator (SaaS) – Enterprise Tools

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SaaS Administrator to lead the configuration, integration, and evolution of our enterprise‑wide toolset. You will be the primary technical point of contact for Jira and several complementary SaaS solutions, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead configuration, integration and upgrade cycles across the SaaS portfolio (Jira, Atamis, Adaptive Work, CoreStream).
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather complex requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including service designs and workflow diagrams.
• Apply Agile and DevSecOps principles to streamline delivery, enhance security and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and non‑technical leaders, providing clear progress updates and managing expectations.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in Jira administration – a non‑negotiable requirement.
• Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale SaaS platforms, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong Agile mindset with familiarity of DevSecOps practices.
• Analytical ability to convert business problems into technical configurations.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
