Job Coach – Dual Site (St Austell & Liskeard)

About the role

Trigon Recruitment is hiring a passionate Job Coach for a dual‑site position covering St Austell and Liskeard. You will work directly with participants, delivering personalised employability support and career coaching to help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable employment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of participants and guide them through the employment journey.
• Provide tailored employability advice, coaching sessions and action plans.
• Identify and address barriers to work, offering practical solutions.
• Motivate, encourage and challenge participants to achieve their goals.
• Build strong relationships with participants, employers and external partners.
• Maintain accurate records and meet performance targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and engagement throughout the process.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in employability, recruitment, training, welfare‑to‑work, sales or customer service.
• Positive, target‑focused and motivational attitude.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Excellent organisational skills and capacity to manage a busy workload.
• Self‑motivated, independent problem‑solver.
• Full UK driving licence or reliable public‑transport access.

• Salary £26,500‑£29,545 per year, dependent on experience.
