Joiner – Full-time role in Warrington

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Joiner to join our refractory team in Warrington. The role involves hands‑on work in a busy industrial yard, building and maintaining wooden moulds for the production of precast refractory blocks.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture wooden moulds for block production.
• Strip, clean, repair and maintain moulds after casting.
• Produce and maintain timber formwork using joinery skills.
• Assist with casting of precast refractory blocks.
• Safely handle and move materials and equipment around the depot.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Load and unload deliveries and support other yard duties.

Required profile

• Previous joinery, carpentry or timber manufacturing experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a physically demanding environment.
• Reliability, punctuality and safety‑conscious attitude.

Required skills

• Use of hand tools.
• Use of power tools.
• Forklift operation (advantageous).

What we offer

• £13.50 per hour, permanent full‑time contract.
• 39‑hour week, Monday‑Thursday 8:00‑16:30, Friday 8:00‑15:30.
