About the role

Vision Express is seeking an ambitious Optometrist to become a Joint Venture Partner in its well‑established Winchester store. Based on a prime high‑street location, the role blends clinical excellence with commercial responsibility, offering the chance to lead and grow a respected optical business within an affluent community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver premium eye‑care services across seven clinics per week.
• Manage and develop the store’s clinical performance while maintaining high patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a small team, including the Store Manager, to drive commercial growth.
• Build and nurture local relationships to enhance community presence.
• Oversee the use of modern equipment such as phoropter and OCT to ensure accurate diagnostics.

Required profile

• Qualified Optometrist with a passion for exceptional patient care.
• Comfortable working in high‑expectation, premium environments.
• Strong leadership and commercial acumen with a desire to grow a business.
• Team‑player who values a close‑knit, supportive culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a phoropter.
• Experience using Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) equipment.
