Joint Venture Partner – Own Retail Optical Store

About the role

We are seeking a Joint Venture Partner to acquire and run our Vision Express store in Petersfield, Hampshire. This partnership offers you shareholder status, access to the EssilorLuxottica product range and support services, enabling you to lead the store’s culture and deliver exceptional eye‑care to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and operate the Petersfield Vision Express store as a shareholder.
• Lead and develop a small team of retail colleagues, including an Assistant Store Manager.
• Maintain store performance to drive profit share.
• Uphold the Vision Express brand standards and customer service excellence.
• Collaborate with the Stores Support Centre and a dedicated Business Operations Manager for operational guidance.

Required profile

• Financial capital available to invest in the store purchase.
• Ability to produce a clear business plan demonstrating expected return on investment.
• Experience managing an optical business or similar retail operation.
• Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
• Passion for eye‑care and the Vision Express brand.
