Junior Account Executive – Software House

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our software house that creates technology solutions for health and social care organisations. You will work remotely, supporting client relationships and helping to grow our portfolio of NHS, charity and local authority customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day client relationship management and account activities.
• Coordinate meetings, follow‑ups and client communications.
• Respond to client requests and liaise with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Assist with client reviews, contract renewals and account development.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Product, Support, Development and Finance on projects, upgrades, workshops and training.
• Prepare documentation, presentations and meeting notes.
• Help with user groups, events and internal process improvements.
• Support marketing activities such as newsletters, case studies and social media content.

Required profile

• 2:1 or First‑class degree in Psychology, History, Business or a related discipline from a Russell Group or equivalent university.
• 1–2 years of professional experience.
• Strong communication, organisational and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Right to work in the UK and willingness to undergo a DBS check.
