Junior Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our growing team on the outskirts of Cambridge. In this full‑time, permanent position you will support the sales department by building strong relationships with existing and new customers and ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Keep customers informed about current offers, promotions and company updates.
• Proactively engage with clients to maximise sales opportunities.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries.
• Manage customer expectations in a professional and efficient manner.
• Identify customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Process orders, handle payments and maintain accurate records.
• Update and maintain customer information in internal systems.

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to engage with customers at all levels.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a willingness to learn.
• Hard‑working, adaptable and able to thrive in a busy team environment.

• Full‑time permanent role based in an office environment (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm).
• Competitive salary between £25,000 and £28,000 per year.
