Junior Accountant – Part‑time (London, Soho)

About the role

We are a well‑established Single Family Office seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to support our multi‑jurisdictional group. This part‑time, office‑based position offers exposure to group reporting, multi‑entity structures and a diversified investment portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with bookkeeping across multiple entities, processing invoices, payments and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support month‑end close processes.
• Help prepare management accounts, reporting packs and basic variance analysis.
• Support the preparation of statutory accounts for UK entities and liaise with external accountants.
• Assist with audit documentation and the collection of financial information from portfolio companies.
• Maintain organised financial records, improve internal controls and provide general finance administration.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a bookkeeping or accounts‑assistant role.
• Exposure to multi‑entity environments is a plus.
• Part‑qualified (ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with a relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.

Required skills

• Good Excel skills.
