About the role
A growing, independent advertising agency is seeking a junior Accounts Receivable professional to join its finance team on a permanent basis. This role will support the day‑to‑day cash flow management and customer billing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Accounts Receivable inbox and respond to queries.
- Resolve billing questions promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and issue monthly customer statements.
- Process customer billing and related transactions.
Required profile
- Good understanding of finance with at least 6 months experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Confident use of Excel and finance systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
